8. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact SORALS as soon as possible after placing the order.

Where an order has not yet been processed, dispatched or specially prepared, SORALS may be able to cancel the order and process an applicable refund.

Once an order has been processed, specially prepared, customized or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the request may instead be considered under the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orders for customized, personalized or made-to-order products may have specific cancellation conditions. Such orders may not be cancellable once production or preparation has begun, subject to applicable law.

SORALS may also cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment authorization issues, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity, technical errors or inability to fulfil an order.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider.

The SORALS website may provide a Wishlist feature that allows users to save selected products for future reference.

Adding a product to a Wishlist does not reserve the product, guarantee availability or constitute an order or purchase.
